
I have already seen a lot of people going for vegetarianism. Wow, that is such a great commitment! Though some, later on, can't help it but break the rules—they eat meat once again. I am just wondering what benefits you really can get for being a vegetarian, aside from not getting fat or too fat.
Others claim that they seldom get sick now after going for veggies. Maybe they are right with that claim. For most vegetables contain chemicals which help body rejuvenation; also you seldom get toxins from them. Or should I say, vegetables contain less harmful chemicals. However it's not good if our body relies on vegetables alone. We also need protein. So we may eat protein sources sometimes.
It's up to you now if you shall go for veggies. Just stay healthy, that's all my concern.

well, my friend was a vegetarian and he didn't look healthy at all. but after he stop being a vegetarian, he became a loot energetic..
I've been vegetarian all my life, give or take a munch of my wife's rendang.
I eat tempeh and/or tahu for my protein and stay healthy.
Remember, cows and sheep are vegetarians too.
