A Healthy Smile


No sugar, no diabetes; no tooth decay! Just see how beneficial it is if you cut out sugar from your daily life completely. Though a little of it may be considerable. Most children nowadays have got tooth decay in their teeth because they've indulged themselves too much in eating sweets. Sweets are really the culprit of this whole thing. Additives are the ones that worsen sweets more.

How would they be able to smile now if all of them have lost theirs already? Bad news is they might also get diabetes sooner in life. I guess that is already "hitting two birds in one stone." Parents should limit or even inhibit their children from eating a lot of sweets. Otherwise the results may not please them someday.

They should also teach their kids to brush their teeth regularly, and especially after they have eaten sweets. Brushing doesn't only prevent them from having those cavities but they would also remove the harmful germs from their mouth.
